ABOUT YOUR GUIDES:
AMBER DEYLON is a Death Midwife, creator of Grieve + Breathe, Council Facilitator and a trustee of The New Normal Charity. Amber is a member of Moon Valley Choir, a collective of women, local to Ojai, who sing in celebration of life, healing, and exploration of the great mystery. They encourage the art and practice of deep listening through ceremonial music. She also hosts a bi-weekly community jam. Inviting local musicians and singers together to create and collaborate.
JENN PARMA is a Psychospiritual Integration Specialist, Breathwork Facilitator, and trained Death Doula. With expertise including plant medicine integration, trauma healing, emotional release, grief support, somatic/embodiment practice, and women's empowerment, she offers transformative retreats worldwide. She is also the creator of Integrate-ness and Co-Creator of Grieve + Breathe, focusing on holistic well-being and grief support.
Native from France, KAREN NITSCHE is a Breathwork Facilitator, Embodiment Guide and Yoga Teacher based in Ojai, California. She is passionate about creating transformational experiences and rituals, expanding human consciousness and helping people connect with their soul’s purpose. She is trained in Holistic Yoga and Ceremonial practices with the Kula Collective as well as studied with Holotropic Breathwork mentors and currently works as a coach for the Neurodynamic Breathwork Training Program. Karen completed several courses in Contact Beyond Contact with Unity Space and facilitates dance healing sessions around the globe.

Room and Board is up to you if you are joining from out of town. Food is available to purchase from a wide variety of incredible restaurants (take-out or outdoor dining) + organic markets. Eat with new friends or enjoy your solace with a mountain view, yum.
Where to Stay: Hotels we recommend locally are Ojai Rancho Inn, The Capri, Caravan Outpost, or Airbnb. If looking to share a rental to lower the cost, let us know and we’ll work on pairing you with other students! (Need more accessible options, reach out.)
