THE SPACE
A light-filled studio space with real wood floors and views of Ojai’s majestic mountains, our building is made almost entirely of windows. Our studio is outfitted with a state of the art sound system for classes as well as concerts, and a full array of studio props + seating. Here you will be welcomed by a rare desert plant garden in front, as well as our 1500 sq. foot rear-garden, private studio parking, and a shop featuring local consciously made goods, vintage treasures, plus rare vinyl & tapes.

SAMANTHA GARRISON: STUDIO DIRECTOR/CO-OWNER
Samantha Garrison, founder of Yogala Studios, studio director & co-owner at Light + Space, is a yoga instructor and leader who takes joy in the practices of Sivananda, Iyengar, Anusara, traditional Hatha and Restorative yoga. Sam is devoted to the art of service, and deep listening.
SERGE bandura: founder/curator
Serge Bandura, director of Shivakali Yoga, has taught the yogic arts of India and Tibet for over 20 years. He has trained in practice, ritual, philosophy, and meditation with masters of all kinds during these decades. A former jazz musician, vinyl collector & graffiti writer, Serge now actively creates music + plays records under the moniker Earthtones.
